How I handle the personal data you entrust to me through this website.
Data controller

What data I process
Through the contact form and e-mail I process your first name, surname, e-mail address and the content of your message, that is only what you voluntarily give me.
Purpose and retention
The data is used exclusively to handle your enquiry and any further communication about cooperation. I keep it for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up communication, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact.
Sharing with third parties
I do not pass your data to any third parties and do not use it for any purposes other than those for which it was provided.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to object. To exercise any of these rights, contact me at web@dominikmedal.cz.
Cookies
The website uses necessary cookies and browser storage that keep it running and remember your cookie choice. These do not require consent. Google Analytics cookies (provider Google Ireland Limited, data kept for up to 2 years and possibly transferred outside the EU) are used only with your consent. Without it the tool is not loaded at all. You give or refuse consent in the cookie bar on your first visit, and you can just as easily change or withdraw it at any time through the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer. Consent is valid for 12 months, after which I will ask again. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn.
